About the park
Zazzau Industrial Park And Industries LTD is a mini industrial park proposed to be located in a built-up factory site that was previously the headquarters of the Nigerian Tobacco Company in Zaria, Kaduna State. The objective of the park is to host the location of factories by existing and emerging manufacturers within the complex, alongside the provision of common services and infrastructure such as roads, power, water supply, security, etc.
We save manufacturers a significant percentage of the total start-up costs, representing the outlay required for civil works and other amenities, when establishing a new manufacturing enterprise.
We provide common services such as electricity, water, waste management, security and so much at competitive prices based on economies of scale.
